Application:
PVC as sold in resinous from usable by incorporating suitable additives to convert the resin a from which it can be processed into a useful end product. As material for the ultimate product, compounded PVC can be formed by almost all the standard plastics processing techniques including calendaring, extrusion, injection and compression molding, blow-molding, rotational molding, slush and dip-molding, solution casting, electrostatic spray, fluidized bed coating. Depending on plasticizer content level incorporated into the vinyl plasticized compound, a typical vinyl end product can be obtained from semirigid (at low content level of plasticizer) to flexible, very flexible or highly flexible products (at high and very high content level of plasticizer).
Packaging:
The products is packed in 25 kg paper bags with valve, or can be packed in 400 kg, 1100 kg - 1300 kg polyethylene big-bags repacked in polypropylene, as well as in railway or truck silos.
Storage conditions:
The product should be stored in a cool, dry place at ambient temperature. Material presents an electrostatic accumulation hazard so proper grounding procedures must be used.

Properties
HDPE is nontoxic, tasteless, odorless white granule, it possess the properties of heat-resistance, cold resistance, good mechanical performance, excellent wear resistance, dielectricity, anti-chemical corrosion.

Appearance: pale yellow or colorless transparent solid.
Application: pure epoxy, or pure polyester or polyester/epoxy powder coating with preparation of high, normal, flat and low gloss, and crepe or sand film, which are extensively used in the fields of chemical protection, electronic and electrical equipments, civil engineering and machine-making.
